Thanksgiving traditions - Menu

Last year, my grandmother and I were talking about Thanksgiving traditions and she was telling me about how she would post the menu for Thanksgiving dinner every year on the fridge to really get everyone in the festive spirit. Well...most of my family is out of town this year, so it'll just be a small gathering...so, I'm not yet in the festive mood...so I thought I'd continue on grandma's tradition of posting the menu to get in the mood!

Potato, celeriac & apple au gratin

My knight!

Nicholas was my little knight at Warwick Castle. What a cutie!

More from England - cousins

I'm finally caught up enough for another round of England photos!

Mike's brother has 4 sons..the oldest is 15...wow...15!!! And...the youngest is already nearly 5! How time flies! I remember the first time I met the 3 older boys (before Jonny was born) and they all seemed like little kids...they are now growing like weeds. The next time we see Jack, he'll be taller than Mike!

Happy Halloween!

The kids had a GREAT time at Kennedy's party and then trick-or-treating with their best friends! Mike and I had a great time hanging out with the McWilliams' and Clarks! Thanks friends!

What to do with scraggly hair?

Claire's hair is long enough to hang in her eyes, but not yet long enough to tuck behind her ears. I refuse to cut it...so what to do????

hmmmm....maybe tuck it under a new hat?

OR...pigtails? I never thought I'd be a pigtail sort of mom until I saw how cute she looks!
