Day 3

I don't want to get too far behind and I did manage to take a photo today. I'm hoping things will start to calm down in the next few days so I can have more time to take LOTS of photos! This is just a practice shot to see how posable Claire will be since we have a big photo session scheduled for tomorrow! Yeah! =)

Day 2 - a VERY longgggg day

I would love to personally thank everyone who has been so kind and have posted on my blog and on FB...but that would probably take days! You are all THE best!!!!!!!! Thank you so much for thinking of us and I really love having friends from all over the world! =)

We finally got discharged late yesterday afternoon and it feels so good to be home. We spent the evening with Nicholas and we both needed some mommy-Nicholas time and then we cuddled on the couch and he fell asleep on my lap...awwwww...what a sweetheart! <3

I actually got a great night's sleep for once, only waking to feed Claire. I'm sore today, but feeling better. Here are a couple of snapshots from when we got home. Claire and daddy chillin' and Pondsy came over to check out the next little one to pull his tail! =)

I finally got out my external drive and followed the directions to this photo. This is Nicholas' 3 month portrait. I was SOOO proud...proud that he could almost sit up by himself and proud of the photo I took. Man...I SUCKED back then! LOL Anyways...I *still* love this photo and it reminds me of so many things in Nicholas' first year. He's growing like a weed and will always be my sweet little prince.

I'm rotating out the photos we have above the bed...so here are the new ones I'm going to order today. Also...I'm going to order a big print of the balloon photo for Nicholas' room...but I added some clouds...Hey...and do you see the dinosaur in the corner? Does that add to the "child's imagination" idea...or is it too scary?
