More England pics - The North

We spent a FABULOUS weekend up North with family. Thank you so much Bernie and Simon for hosting us, and also lots of love. We also thank Adrienne, Elaine and Steve, and all the kiddos who were great models for me...who will be featured in the next post! We miss you all!

One favorite spot was the beaches between St. Mary's lighthouse and the Priory. From the amount of sand in her diaper, I'm pretty sure that Claire crawled the entire length between them! Nicholas didn't care how cold the water was or how windy it got, he had a great time. I think Mike's favorite spot on the beach was the Chippie! And, everyone loved building sand castles.

We had a great morning at the Pumpkin festival and a quick costume session. Can you say "naptime???" Ok...we'll have to try again tomorrow. ;)

I had sooooo much fun meeting Julie and Jo-Anne! Thanks so much ladies for metting up with us, giving us a tour of Oxford and letting us get to know you and your families...The kids were GREAT models! =)

I absolutely ADORED finding every old wall and ancient doorway to stop and take photos (feel free to ask Mike how he felt about this...hee hee). Anyways, here are just a few of my favorites from the day.

We've been back 3 weeks and I haven't had much time to edit photos between catching up on stuff at work/home/etc...and everyone being sick...but here are a few to get started. =)

The first day, the kiddos were pretty cooperative for photos at Walton Hall
