A new favorite photo and a cute story

Nicholas was at school yesterday and one of his friends, Ethan's mom came to pick up Ethan and his baby sister. Nicholas told his teacher that he wanted a baby sister. The teacher, apparently assuming I'd just been gaining weight lately...HA...felt a little embarrassed and a bit sad for Nicholas. She told him that it would be up to his mom and dad. When we picked Nicholas up a little while later, the teacher relayed the story, saying that it was very strange how much interest Nicholas took in the baby and how adamant he was that he wanted a baby sister. I started laughing and told her that he'll just have to wait a few more months to find out. I didn't realize that she didn't know I was pregnant!

A conversation with a 2 year old:
Mommy- "Nicholas, where's the baby?"
Nicholas- "in my belly?"
Mommy- "No silly...in MY belly!"
Nicholas- "I wanna see the baby"

What a difference a few days makes

Nicholas and Peter had lots of fun together! They were so cute running around and almost everyone we saw thought they were brothers. =) TOO cute! (Too bad Nicholas didn't want to sit still for this one is OOF...but who cares...it's a snapshot anyways LOL)
